Your Opportunity Leapsome is looking for a Head of Growth & Lifecycle to architect and lead the engine behind our next stage of global expansion. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will join the Marketing Leadership Team to own the strategy and execution of our high-stakes demand engine. Today 95% of revenue is marketing led, and we’re looking for the leader to continue to lead and scale the function accountable for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader based in Berlin who wants to build a modern, AI-augmented growth engine to unlock our next phase of maturity. You are a high-output, low-ego operator who leads with clarity, urgency, and empathy. You possess thehigh agency required to materially shift the growth trajectory of a category-defining company across North America and EMEA.
