ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a strategic Program Manager to orchestrate all learning workstreams for the launch of our new Arizona facility. This is a critical coordination role supporting the standup of a state-of-the-art pharmacy operation that will include Dispense, Fulfillment, PIT, Non-Sterile Compounding, Sterile Compounding, Automation, and Facilities departments. As the Program Manager, you won't be creating training content—you'll be the strategic orchestrator who ensures everything happens seamlessly between SOP publication and training execution. You'll coordinate 20+ subject matter experts, manage complex timelines, prioritize content development workflows, and ensure quality across all learning programs before handoff to the site learning team. Contract Duration: 6 months (April - September 2026), with potential extension based on project needs Location: Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona area - Hybrid/flexible with up to 3 days per week onsite as needed WHAT YOU'LL DO Strategic Coordination & Workflow Management - Orchestrate the end-to-end workflow from SOP publication through training readiness, managing all activities between content creation and execution - Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines across multiple learning workstreams and departments - Prioritize and sequence work for content designers and contractors, providing clear direction and information needed for development - Create and implement quality assurance processes to ensure training materials meet standards before site deployment Stakeholder & SME Management - Coordinate with 20+ subject matter experts across Dispense, Fulfillment, PIT, Non-Sterile Compounding, Sterile Compounding, Automation, and Facilities - Facilitate alignment meetings and communication between SMEs, content designers, and learning teams - Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels across all levels - Build strong partnerships with vendo ...
