The work: Cloud Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based IT infrastructure solutions with a strong emphasis on AWS platforms. This role combines technical expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and IT modernization to support mission-critical operations for a national security system. The ideal candidate will have experience in system engineering, enterprise architecture, and cloud infrastructure design, with a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Here's what you need: 2+ years experience in design and/or support of AWS-based platforms 1+ years deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS services Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab Ability to work onsite 80-100% in Annapolis Junction, MD Active Secret clearance required US Citizenship Preferred Experience: Experience working in a large federal contract environment Experience working in a SAFe ( Scaled Agile Framework) environment Experience in Cloud Migration As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
