Job Title: Product Management Intern Teams: • Payroll Tax & Compliance • Technical Operations & AI Enablement Location: Remote - Manila, Philippines Office Location: Unit A & D 29th Floor GBF Center 1 Bridgetowne, C-5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City 1110 Duration: Summer 2026 – 6 months (starting May/June 2026) Availability: *Full-time availability of 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity. When tax laws or government regulations change, our team ensures the product is updated accurately and on time. In this role, you’ll learn how legislation becomes software — and how product teams turn complex regulatory requirements into clear, structured solutions that engineers can build. What you’ll get to do: Research U.S. and Canadian payroll tax and compliance updates Translate regulatory changes into clear, structured product documentation Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with Product Managers, Compliance experts, and Engineers Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement Support testing and validation of new tax and compliance updates before release Identify opportunities to improve research and documentation processes, including leveraging AI tools Skills and experience we value: Final year undergraduate or post-graduate students with a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Public Policy, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative What would really make you stand out: Interest in payroll, compliance, or regulatory systems Familiarity with Agile environments or product development concepts Experience with documentation, analysis, or research-heavy projects Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms Curiosity about how AI tools can enhance res ...
