Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Consultant,Project Management on our Engineering Team in Bangalore What you’ll achieve As a Scrum of Scrum Master, you will orchestrate alignment and execution across multiple Scrum teams, driving scaled Agile delivery through effective dependency management, impediment resolution, and cross‑team collaboration. By front‑ending engineering into stakeholder forums and enabling transparency, flow, and continuous improvement, you will ensure predictable outcomes and maximize value delivery across the program. You will: Lead and facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, ensuring alignment, dependency management, and smooth execution across multiple Scrum teams Act as the primary escalation and impediment resolution owner, removing cross-team blockers and driving timely resolution Represent and front-end the engineering organization in core team, program, and stakeholder forums Enable predictable delivery by improving cross-team planning, execution, and flow Drive continuous improvement of scaled Agile practices, metrics, and ways of working across teams Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach supporting multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment Strong hands-on experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums, managing inter-team dependencies and risks Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with practical experience applying them at scale Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and resolve impediments across organizational boundaries Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior engineering and product leaders Desirable Requirements Experience working with Scaled Agile frameworks Background in software engineering or technical program management enabling effective engagement with engineering teams Here’s our story; now tell us yours We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
