We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and drive new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a proven B2B sales professional who excels at cold calling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about engaging senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, VPs, AEs, and other senior stakeholders).
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings to convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Consistently achieve daily productivity targets and assigned outreach goals..
Skills & Qualifications Hard Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
• Strong and proven experience in B2B sales.
• Cold calling expertise is mandatory..
• Proven ability to prospect, research, and qualify leads.
