We are seeking a Software Engineer, 5G to join our core development team working on physical layer implementation and validation of 5G communication systems using software-defined radios. As a Software Engineer focused on 5G, you will contribute to the development, integration, and testing of the physical layer for 5G modem implementations based on 3GPP Releases 15, 16, 17, and beyond. Your work will focus on implementing physical layer algorithms, integrating them on embedded platforms, and validating functionality through lab-based test setups using SDRs and RF equipment. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product and System Integration, Silicon, and will work closely with systems, software, hardware, and test teams responsible for delivering the communications payload. This role is based in our Saratoga, CA office.
