The Opportunity: Gynger is looking for a sharp, hands-on Accounting Manager to take ownership of our daily accounting function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detail oriented accounting professional to step into a high impact role at a fast growing fintech startup. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment, takes genuine ownership of their work, and brings an automation first mindset to everything they do. You will be responsible for day to day cash operations, tightening our close process, and building scalable, AI enabled workflows across loan reconciliation, revenue accounting, AR and AP. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance and based in our NYC office, you will play a central role in the company's continued success and be a key voice in how we build the finance / accounting function for the long term.
