About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead client-driven product initiatives while owning and evolving key modules within the PeopleGrove platform. This role requires strong discovery skills, structured thinking, and the ability to translate customer input into scalable product improvements. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure client needs are deeply understood and thoughtfully incorporated into our product direction, not simply executed at face value. This role is not just about managing a backlog. It is about understanding the real problem, prioritizing intentionally, and shipping high-quality solutions that create lasting value.
