We are headquartered in Seattle, WA The Job As a Senior Architect at Omnidian, you will be the primary technical steward for our CRM ecosystem. This is a hands-on functional Architect role for a strategic thinker who treats the platform as an enterprise product. You will oversee the technical integrity of the platform, lead our Agentforce strategy, and architect complex communication workflows. You are an "AI-augmented" architect who has moved beyond standard development into building intelligent, event-driven systems. You will oversee and collaborate with a blended team of junior and high-skill offshore developers, ensuring that our technical debt remains low and our architectural integrity remains world-class.
