THE ROLE: Reporting to the Manager, Workplace & Employee Experience the Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for leading workplace operations across Jobber’s offices. In this role, you’ll oversee office buildouts, expansions, relocations, and ongoing facilities operations. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Security, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver spaces that are functional, compliant, and aligned with our ways of working. You are both strategic and hands-on. You’re comfortable managing complex projects and budgets, while also rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challenges. You think in systems, build scalable processes, and proactively identify risks before they become issues. To be successful, you are not just maintaining spaces, you’re shaping environments that enable high performance. You operate independently, influence without authority, and collaborate closely across teams to ensure our workplaces evolve alongside our growth.
