Team Mission 🚀 We’re looking for a Content Marketer to lead OakNorth’s organic content strategy across Lending, Business Banking and Personal Savings. This is a growth-oriented content role, suited to someone who combines strong editorial judgement with a commercial mindset. You will create high-quality, search-led and insight-driven content that attracts, educates and converts customers over time. You’ll be responsible not just for writing, but for shaping how content drives measurable organic growth. That includes developing evergreen assets, thought leadership, conversion-led guides and flagship pieces designed to build authority and generate demand across the funnel. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Product and Commercial teams to turn complex financial topics into clear, compelling narratives that attract new customers and deepen understanding of OakNorth’s propositions.
