VP of Software Engineering

We are seeking a VP, Engineering who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments and excels at taking products from concept to launch. This leader combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to architect, code, debug, and guide teams through ambiguity. As the senior-most engineering leader, you will shape the technical vision, build a high-performing engineering organization, and drive execution across product development, infrastructure, and engineering operations. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Business leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. This role is ideal for a builder who has successfully led teams through 0 → 1 product development, enjoys solving hard problems, and can balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural stability.
