As a Growth Design Director, you will lead the creation of a high-velocity experimentation engine that drives measurable business impact at scale. You’ll define and execute an AI-first design strategy that seamlessly connects user experience with core growth metrics, ensuring continuous optimization across acquisition, activation, and retention. Operating at the intersection of design, data, and product, you will translate behavioral insights into scalable solutions, establish rigorous testing frameworks, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to accelerate conversion and revenue outcomes through disciplined, data-driven execution.
