The work The SAP Data Migration Architect/Manager will support a multi‑year program to consolidate four SAP ECC systems into a single, composable SAP S/4HANA ERP platform. This role focuses on planning and executing data migration activities using industry‑standard tools such as SNP CrystalBridge. The specialist will help define extraction rules, transformation logic, load processes, and validation procedures to ensure accurate and complete migration of data into the new S/4HANA environment. The position requires close collaboration with functional teams, participation in multiple integrated testing cycles, and support for data design and technical load processes as needed. Key responsibilities: Provide SAP data migration expertise and guidance across project workstreams Collaborate with Functional Process teams to support work processes and readiness Execute extraction, transformation, load (ETL) activities using tools like SNP CrystalBridge Support integrated test cycles by validating data conversion results and identifying defects Assist with functional data design questions and technical load processes Communicate SAP-versus-legacy gaps and defects to the project team for resolution Escalate critical decisions or issues to leadership as needed Provide deployment and post–go‑live support for data migration activities Here’s what you need: 7+ years of experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures Knowledge of industry-standard data migration tools (SNP CrystalBridge strongly preferred) Experience executing data extraction, transformation, load, and validation processes Ability to support testing cycles and troubleshoot data-related issues Nice to have: Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or consolidation programs Familiarity with functional data requirements across SAP modules Public Sector Finance experience Eligibility requirements: US Citizen (no dual citizenship) Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
