The Role: Arine is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a trusted advisor, strategic operator, and force multiplier to the executive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the entire organization: helping translate vision into execution, align leadership priorities, and ensure that the company’s strategic and operational engines run effectively. You will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors on strategic planning, business operations, and special projects. The ideal candidate will be both a systems thinker and a doer – able to seamlessly move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
