The Role : Arine is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our growing team. As a Senior Technical Writer , you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our medication management platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into effective documentation for a variety of audiences. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, user guides, API guides, reference manuals, configuration guides, tutorials, release notes, and micro training videos Research and gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs), including product managers, engineers, our internal clinical care team, and customer support Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for various audiences, for non-technical users Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company style guides and standards Design and create graphics such as screenshots and diagrams to help users understand technical concepts, process flows, and UI instructions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation needs and prioritize projects Use various authoring tools and technologies to create and publish documentation, including generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and updates Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve documentation usability and clarity Cont ...
