The Role: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead program delivery for our Scrum teams and cross-functional strategic roadmap initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing internal processes, aligning engineering efforts, and ensuring the smooth execution of technical programs. You’ll partner closely with Product and cross-functional teams to align priorities, improve delivery velocity, and ensure timely execution of high-value projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically adept, and experienced in managing both internal engineering programs and externally-facing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll be Doing: Serve as the Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, owning both day-to-day execution and cross-team program delivery. Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations, ensuring smooth integration and on-time delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously improving team effectiveness. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities and technical requirements into clear, executable plans.
