The Opportunity Iru is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our event program across major conferences, mid-sized industry events, private invite-only events, and community meetups within the cybersecurity space. As Iru's Event Marketing Manager, you'll own the full event program: strategy, logistics, vendor relationships, on-site operations, and everything in between. You'll set the event calendar, define how Iru shows up at each type of event, manage the budgets, and run execution end to end. You'll be the person other teams rely on when something goes sideways on-site, because you've seen it before and you know exactly what to do. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and closely with sales, PR, and creative to make sure every event drives real pipeline and reflects Iru's brand Must be able to work onsite in our Coral Gables office.
