Expansion Team Lead Department: Community Operations Team: Community Operations Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Team Leads for Business Development manage the Business Development Representatives and are principally centered on people management of teams focused on revenue generating activity. The Help Centre (help.uber.com), saved replies, and creating blog posts to inform teams of changes to products, processes or policies. **What You'll Do** - Communicate and set clear expectations with team members - Coach and develop sales agents - Understand local Ops strategies and ensure team operations are aligned to maximize impact - Drive strategic plans to improve team performance - Work with stakeholders in Ops and Sales for reviewing output and pushing sales strategy/tactics down to CommOps team **What You'll Need** - 2-3 years of sales or account management experience - At least 1 year of people management experience - People development and coaching experience in team environment - Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with ability to manage through ambiguity - Experience in B2B/B2C sales environments - Experience in project management - Strong analytical skills - Effective stakeholder management skills - High level of ownership and accountability Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
