THE MISSION

We are looking for an ambitious Strategic Talent Associate to act as the primary architect of our future team. This isn't a traditional recruitment role; it is a high-stakes commercial and operational challenge. You will work directly with our senior leadership team to solve the most difficult problem in business: identifying, attracting, and convincing the best talent to join us.
You will focus on global roles including EMEA, US and APAC, and you’ll be partnering with hiring managers across a number of different business areas: Customer, Client Delivery, Product and Solutions. We see this role as a “tour of duty:” after starting out in the Talent team, you will be well prepared to either take a traditional recruitment role, or perhaps to work in more generalist operations roles at Vertice.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most traditional recruiter roles are numbers games. This role is about balancing quantity with quality. You will be treated like a Founder’s Associate, tasked with building the systems, the narrative, and the outbound engines required to win over people who aren't even looking to move jobs. You will have a front-row seat to how a hyper-growth scale-up is built, operating at the intersection of psychology, data, and strategy. If you want to understand how a successful company wins, there is no better vantage point than the one that selects and assesses the people entering it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with Vertice leaders: You will work with Vertice heads of department on workforce planning and assessing great candidates.
- System Architecture: Instead of "searching" for people, you will build automated and repeatable AI-assisted systems to map out entire industries and identify the highest-potential individuals before our competitors do.
- Influence and Negotiation: You will act as the face of the company for elite candidates. You will master the art of the pitch, learning how to align our mission with the personal ambitions of world-class talent, negotiating the right terms of their entrance.
