Title: Privacy Program Manager Department: Legal Reports To: Chief Privacy Officer FLSA Status: Exempt Location: US, Remote Job Summary: The Privacy Program Manager is a crucial team member responsible for supporting growth, implementation, and management of the organization's data privacy and governance strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Privacy Officer (CPO), this U.S.-based role focuses on operationalizing the company’s privacy program. Key Responsibilities: Assist the CPO in growing, implementing, and managing the organization’s global data privacy and governance strategy. Partner with other Prove stakeholders (such as Information Security, Engineering and Product, and Legal) to further incorporate privacy by design and privacy by default principles into company processes. Partner with other Prove stakeholders to incorporate data governance and usage principles into company solutions Manage the end-to-end workflow for data subject request (DSR) fulfillment, including optimizing intake processes and drafting supporting documents for prospect/client inquiries. Assist with internal and/or third party audits of the company’s privacy controls. Assist with privacy-related analysis of third party risk reviews, including issue spotting for escalation to senior privacy team members. Embodying Prove’s cultural values. Qualifications and Experience: 3-6 years in privacy program operations or a related project management role Basic understanding of global privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, GDPR, and LGPD CIPP/US, CIPP/E or CIPM preferred but not required Experience using online privacy management platforms preferred but not required Experience using automated workflow management tools preferred but not required Strong desire to assert ownership over process improvements that will support maturation of the privacy program Ability to work in a multi-product, global, and evolving environment while organizing and managing multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines Demonstrated success working with a remote team Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training This position description should not be considered the final description of the position.
