We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel attorney to be a part of our growing Legal team. As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be an integral part of a business-oriented and collaborative Legal team with a clear focus on enabling the company’s objectives. The successful candidate will be flexible, independent, detail-oriented, professional and collaborative with a strong desire to be part of a growing company. This role is critical to the overall success of the company with responsibility providing support across the organization on a broad range of legal matters. Key areas include corporate governance, corporate policy and procedure, compliance matters, ESG initiatives, international growth, commercial transaction support, and employment and labor support. We are looking for someone objective-oriented, capable of executing to critical timelines, and open to growing and developing new areas of expertise. While fully supported by the Legal team, this role requires the ability and willingness to operate independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
