<p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for acquiring new agents through an educational approach by engaging with MSME (UMKM) communities and conducting mass education sessions to drive registration and initial transactions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Visit MSME (UMKM) communities (approximately 15 communities per day)</li> <li>Schedule and conduct mass education sessions (twice per week)</li> <li>Encourage agent registration and first transactions</li> <li>Prepare daily and weekly activity reports</li> <li>Deliver educational sessions covering: <br>Basic business financial literacy<br>Utilization of technology for MSMEs<br>Introduction to Fazz and its use cases</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport easily</li> <li>Comfortable working in the field (mobile role) and interacting with many people daily</li> <li>Able to deliver education in a clear, persuasive, and non-hard-selling manner</li> <li>Accustomed to working with daily targets and routine reporting</li> </ul>
