Junior Financial Reporting Associate

You don't just deliver the end result; you strive to understand the entire flow and logic of a process, allowing you to actively contribute in finding ways to make it better.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute routine journal recordings with high precision, ensuring all transactions are coded correctly to the proper ledger account.</li> <li>Assist in reviewing the operating journals from the Finance Operations team.</li> <li>Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledgers on a regular basis.</li> <li>Support the month-end and year-end closing process by performing account reconciliations and verifying the accuracy of trial balance data.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross function teams to meet reporting deadlines.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to enhance closing timelines, streamline financial processes, and improve reporting efficiency.</li> <li>Ensure all work papers are organized and transparent, allowing for seamless review by internal and external auditors.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply</li> <li>1 years of finance or accounting experience; internships in similar fields are an advantage.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK) and financial processes.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.</li> <li>A proactive learner and detail-oriented person.</li> <li>Fast to adapt in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Ability to move beyond data entry to understand the "why" behind financial figures.</li> <li>Comfortable communicating in Bahasa Indonesia and English.</li> </ul>
