QA Engineer

<h3>About the Role:</h3> <p data-start="284" data-end="683">This role offers a meaningful opportunity to directly impact product quality and user experience. We are looking for a <strong data-start="403" data-end="438">Junior–Mid QA Engineer</strong> who takes ownership of testing, documentation, and product understanding. You will play a critical role in ensuring that features are well-tested, business flows are clearly documented, and releases meet quality standards before reaching users. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders, acting as a quality advocate throughout the development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive in identifying issues, and eager to grow their QA skill set—including exposure to automation testing over time.</p> <p> </p> <h3>What You Will Do:</h3> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Perform manual testing on web and/or mobile applications to ensure product quality</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Create, maintain, and execute test cases based on product requirements and business flows</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Document test scenarios, test results, and defects clearly and consistently</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Identify, report, and help track bugs through to resolution</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and edge cases</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Participate in regression testing before releases</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Document product knowledge and business flows to ensure shared understanding across the team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>What We Are Looking For:</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Engineer or Manual Tester.</li> <li>Strong understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies.</li> <li>Experience in documenting test cases, test plans, and business flows.</li> <li>Hands-on experience using ticketing / issue tracking tools such as Jira.</li> <li>Ability to clearly log, track, and communicate bugs, including proper reproduction steps, expected results, and supporting evidence.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.</li> <li>Basic knowledge or exposure to automation testing or scripting (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience in API testing or backend service testing is a plus.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p> </p>
