Both vehicles are highly economical to operate, easy to deploy, and significantly reduce CO2 emissions in their respective industries.  What you work on at Pyka makes people’s lives better now and brings the future of electric aviation one step closer each day.  Role Overview Pyka is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Manager to support the development and commercial deployments of its advanced autonomous aircraft. In this role you will take an active role in the development and execution of Pyka’s maintenance program for fleet of deployed autonomous aircraft both in the U.S. and Latin America  You will lead a team of maintenance technicians around the world focused on keeping Pyka’s autonomous aircrafts operating for our customers. You will be responsible for hiring and training new maintenance technicians. You will work closely with engineering and other operations to plan and execute fleet wide retrofits. In addition to assisting customer support operations abroad, you will develop and manage maintenance manual updates. Your work will directly inform engineering decisions on iterations on Pyka’s aircraft design.
