Enterprise Application Administrator

Job Description
The Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the effective operations and administration, future roadmap, and successful adoption of our organizational enterprise applications. The scope of this job includes managing our current and new configurations, investigating and troubleshooting issues, managing system changes and data integrity, and managing relationships with our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the analyst to meet with business owners, document requirements, and implement them effectively.
Perform maintenance and customization of designated systems with the ability to anticipate system changes and predict system impacts of changes.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.
Develop reports and role-level dashboards to continuously monitor data and process integrity.
Engage with vendor as needed for incoming product changes and identify system impacts and areas to improve operations inside WellSky.
Implement and identify basic security improvements for enterprise applications, and contribute to the business continuity and disaster recovery plan to ensure business value is created.
Manage system documentation and system diagrams, train new system administrators, and provide assistance to single users or a small group of users.
Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2-4 years related work experience
M365 administration, including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams and Copilot
Preferred Qualifications:
Power Apps, Intune, and Entra ID
Experience with automation to include utilization of AI
Healthcare industry experience
Job Expectations:
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
