Are you a critical thinker with the ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective, efficient solutions? The Solution Architect II is responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to solve business challenges. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating effective solutions, and ensuring alignment with technology platforms and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and constraints.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose scalable solutions.
Design and implement robust, high-quality architectural solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company’s technical strategy.
Ensure solutions are consistent with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Lead the development of architectural frameworks, patterns, and standards to promote consistency across the organization.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct technical evaluations and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and solutions.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable by conducting regular reviews and assessments.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization’s architecture.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
2 Years experience in Solution Architecture or related field.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Proficiency in solution architecture principles and frameworks, and system integration and software development methodologies.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in solution design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
