Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states. We are in a phase of rapid growth, expanding our North American engineering presence, including our Toronto hub. As part of this, we are hosting a two-day onsite hiring event (April 28–29) to meet and hire top engineering talent in a highly accelerated process. Selected candidates will receive additional details after their application is reviewed About the Role OpenLoop is building the future of healthcare infrastructure. We are hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers across multiple product teams, with strong demand and opportunity in our growing Toronto hub. This role will begin as remote and transition to hybrid (3 days onsite) once our Toronto office opens. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design and scale production systems powering a nationwide healthcare network. Teams span clinical workflows, partner integrations, AI-powered services, patient platforms, and core infrastructure. What You'll Do - Build & Scale Systems: Design and ship production-grade applications across the stack - Lead Integrations: Architect and implement partner integrations across diverse healthcare systems - Data Pipelines: Develop secure pipelines to ingest and synchronize clinical data - AI Enablement: Support integration of AI/LLM-powered services into core workflows - Cross-functional Execution: Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Who You Are REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software - Full-stack capability across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure - Experience designing and delivering 0→1 systems, including greenfield development from initial concept through production deployment. - Experience working with sensitive data and security/compliance best practices - Strong communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data interoperability - Exposure to or interest in AI/LLMs in production environments OUR BENEFITS In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for: - Flexible PTO - Hybrid work model (Toronto-based) - Competitive compensation + equity - Full Benefits for Canadian employees provided via EOR partner OUR COMPANY We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
