We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/GTM Engineer with strong Salesforce CPQ expertise and hands-on development experience to join our GTM Systems team. This role will be central to managing our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, Salesforce CPQ, and ensuring smooth stakeholder delivery across Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and GTM other functions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, owning end-to-end CPQ configuration, supporting onboarding/offboarding and user lifecycle management, and driving cross-functional collaboration with business teams. What will you be doing? Salesforce CPQ & QTC Ownership - Configure, manage, and customize Salesforce CPQ with Sales lifecycle Management. - Own Product Catalog setup (Products, Options, Bundles, Configuration Rules, Pricing, Discounting, Quote Templates). - Apply CPQ Price methodology and manage amendments, renewals, and add ons lifecycle. - Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems via APIs/connectors if required. Salesforce Development & Enhancements - Develop solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows. - Design and implement scalable, optimized solutions to meet evolving business needs. - Provide operational support, bug fixes, enhancements, and follow Salesforce best practices. - Sandbox Management and CI/CD" (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or GitHub) - Work on integrations with external tools & systems (Workato, JIRA, BI tools) as needed.
