Lead Supply Chain Commercial Manager

What You’ll Do: As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will own the supplier selection and negotiation process. Archer is a visionary company moving at an incredible pace, and our Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for engaging internally and externally at every level to ensure successful partnerships with best-in-class suppliers. Drive RFx and Supplier Selection process with key stakeholders Negotiate best-in-class value through thorough cost negotiation Close contract negotiations to support a successful transition into production Manage business relationships to develop productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders Work closely with cross-functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational value and efficiency Travel: 20% What You Need: BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experience Automotive or Aerospace cost negotiation expertise In-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contracts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environment Strong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skills Ability to cut through ambiguity and detail limitations to make concrete and sound decisions An insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detail Solid analytical and computer skills (excel/sheets, word/docs, powerpoint/slides) Bonus Qualifications: Training in presentation and communication skills APICS Certification At Archer, we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent with the skills and leadership needed to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $130,800 - $155,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
