The role Encord is growing rapidly, and we're hiring a GTM Talent Partner to help scale our commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to sharpen their craft across sourcing, screening, and hiring execution. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to move quickly, maintain a high bar, and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience.
