Data Analyst (Revenue, HubSpot, Finance) – Bangalore About Flagright: Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast growing startups. Role overview: You will own analytics across HubSpot, SQL, and BI, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance, with accurate, real-time revenue insights. You will build full-funnel metrics, maintain data quality, support forecasting and financial reconciliation, and drive reporting for leadership and investors. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role in a fast-paced startup environment. People who thrive at Flagright: - Have been knocked down before and gotten back up - Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available - Have strong opinions and can defend them - Learn fast because they're hungry - Want to work with no-BS people building something important People who struggle here: - Need extensive hand-holding - View high expectations as “unreasonable” - Actually prioritize work-life balance - Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection - Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities Key responsibilities: - Build and maintain full-funnel sales metrics - Create scalable BI dashboards for Finance, Sales, and Marketing - Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, churn, and expansion - Ensure data quality, attribution accuracy, and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot - Build SQL-based data models connecting CRM and financial data - Partner with RevOps on forecasting and performance management - Partner with Finance on revenue reconciliation and forecasting - Support board and investor reporting with accurate revenue metrics - Automate recurring reporting and eliminate manual workflows Your profile: - Minimum 2 years experience as a Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or similar - Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM: workflows, deal stages, dashboards, custom reports - Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.) - Strong data quality assurance skills and high attention to detail - Basic accounting knowledge - Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps - SaaS or fintech experience is a plus What we offer: - Product with clear, real-world differentiation - High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement - Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup - Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir - Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture - Great career development opportunities in a fast-growing early-stage startup
