ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a founding backend-focused software engineer to help us build on our progress, with proven market demand from global enterprises, to a scalable, performant architecture while maintaining our industry leading security posture. What you’ll do: - Own aspects of our stability, scalability and security as we onboard more customers and expand our product - Ensure we can successfully sync billions of records into our data platform from our customers’ SaaS tools reliably - Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code and product quality strategy - Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers’ most complex and bleeding edge problems - Mentor junior engineers and continue raising our bar for engineering excellence - Take end-to-end ownership of our core products, built on… - Frontend: React, Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind - Backend: Typescript, Temporal, NextJS, Gel/PostgreSQL - AI/ML: OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Milvus/QDrant/MongoDB - Cloud: AWS, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes ABOUT YOU You might be a great fit if you’re a strong developer in all backend from architecture & scalability to data infrastructure.
