Forward Deployed AI Engineer Role At Variance, we are teaching machines to make the hardest judgement calls at scale. That means building AI agents for the high-stakes gray-area of risk investigations, fraud, and identity reviews. What will your day-to-day look like - Own the end-to-end integration strategy of Variance to our enterprise customers - Understand and partner with customers to understand their needs and set their strategy with Variance - Build GenAI-powered agentic workflows and automation for billion-scale events - Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users Requirements - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Past experience working with LLM solutions, and a deep understanding of GenAI - Strong Coder with proficiency in Python, Java, Typescript, or similar - Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity What we offer - Health care: we offer platinum-level medical, dental, and vision insurance - Unlimited PTO, sick leave, and parental leave - Up to $100 in reimbursement for personal health & wellness expenses each month - Free lunch and dinner - 401(k) plan
