It's okay that what worked well yesterday may not be what we need for tomorrow. About this Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing solutions and executing the roadmap with a particular focus on enabling Model Context Protocol (MCP) adoption across Enterprise Applications. You will play a pivotal role in connecting our AI assistants to our internal systems. Responsibilities: Work with leadership to organize a backlog of MCP servers needing to be built for various Enterprise Applications. Design and develop MCP servers for both SaaS and on-premise applications, ensuring secure and efficient context retrieval. Provide feedback and feature enhancements to improve the patterns by which we develop MCP servers. Enable other developers who may follow. Partner closely with our internal MCP server rollout team to co-develop solutions or explore new opportunities for secure enablement. Use your experience working cross-functionally to work closely with system owners so existing processes can be adapted to work with MCP development outcomes. Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience with design, development, and streamlining of Enterprise processes using automation and technical enablement.
