As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of four teams: HR, Legal, M&A, and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. We’re looking for a HR Legal Counsel for a 6 months mission ROLE - Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding - Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc. - Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications - Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives PROFILE - You have at least 5 years of experience in Legal HR - You have solid legal skills and reasoning - You are autonomous, organized and structured - You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism - You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English - You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
