This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Uber Advertising, Mexico. You will be responsible for scaling and deepening partnerships with major brands and top-tier media agencies, while shaping the future of Uber’s advertising business in one of our most dynamic and exciting markets.
As the Uber Advertising Agency Team Lead, you will lead a high-performing team of experienced Agency Client Partners who own revenue growth and strategic account management across leading media agencies (Big 5), agency partners, platforms, and their clients.
## What the Candidate Will Do
- Own and deliver agency revenue targets, maintaining a strong focus on business impact, quality of execution, and customer success
- Maintain a clear and accurate view of revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and team performance metrics
- Build and nurture deep, senior-level partnerships across agencies, partners, and major brands
- Train, coach, and develop a high-performing ad sales team with subject-matter expertise across key verticals
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Operations teams to build and customize Uber’s advertising solutions and go-to-market strategies for top customers
- Lead regular executive-level meetings with agency leadership to establish, track, and deliver Joint Business Plans and Annual Commitments
## What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the advertising or media industry
- A well-established network of senior relationships across Mexico’s media agencies and brand advertisers
- Proven experience leading digital ad sales teams, with a strong track record across bot
