Job Summary
We are the global leader in cybersecurity, and Prisma SASE is one of the fastest growing product lines . This is a high-visibility role where you will define the standards for AI led automation and innovation in a market that never stops evolving. As a Senior Product Manager for SCALE and PLG , you will build AI native workflows that will re-imagine next generation onboarding, customer deployment delivery and product led growth . This role is designed for a platform-focused product builder who deeply empathises with enterprise customer pain points and works passionately to remove friction and deliver value. You will leverage AI and Agentic workflows to automate platform operations and simplify the complexity of network security management.
Key Responsibilities
Empathy-Led Roadmap: Deep-dive into the practitioner’s Day 0 and Day 1 journey to identify friction points in SASE onboarding and service delivery.
AI Strategy: Define and execute the integration of AI/ML to automate complex network mapping, policy inheritance, and security configuration validation.
Accelerated Time-to-Value: Design Golden Path workflows that allow customers to transition from purchase to protection in record time.
Service Delivery Automation: Convert traditional human-in-the-loop service tasks into automated work items, ensuring consistency and speed across the global customer base.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to ensure that automation isn't just functional but intuitively designed for the person behind the screen.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Technical Foundation: BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
SaaS PM Expertise: 5-8 years of product management experience (leveling dependent on experience), specifically within SaaS Platform/Infrastructure organizations.
Scale & Resiliency: Proven track record of managing platforms with high-availability requirements, complex multi-tenancy, and large-scale data sets.
Target Background: Prior experience automating workflows and demonstrable body of work.
Preferred Qualifications
Mindset: A Time-to-Value obsession. You measure success by how quickly a customer realizes the benefit of our platform.
AI/Agentic Experience: Practical experience applying AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve operational platform problems or automate user workflows.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of onboarding friction and how to architect zero-touch experiences for enterprise-grade hardware and software.
Influence at Scale: Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes projects that require buy-in from senior engineering leadership and finance teams.
