We’re currently looking for:  Senior Software Developer (.Net) Job Description In this position, you will be a Senior Software Developer for RingCX AIWFM (Contact Center Workforce Management) working with product management and engineering leadership on the RingCX AIWFM team. At RingCX , we’re building a powerful, yet intuitive contact center platform designed to streamline customer support and communication. Our product goes beyond handling calls—it's focused on creating scalable systems that use AI and automation to reduce call handling times, improve agent workflows, and provide faster resolutions to customer issues. By integrating advanced data analytics, RingCX helps companies prioritize and route inquiries efficiently, ensure that agents have all the necessary context to resolve problems, and automate repetitive tasks, allowing agents to focus on more complex and valuable interactions. This leads to quicker responses, better customer experiences, and reduced operational costs. AIWFM is a collection of back-end components written in C# and running on .NET Core; the front-end is a mixture of legacy ASP.NET C# code behind and jQuery.  In this position, you will play a pivotal role in converting the AIWFM front-end components to pure .NET Core, and ultimately converting the existing jQuery-based UI components to React. Responsibilities: Review requirements and translate them into technical implementation; Write component and unit tests for your code; Convert existing front-end components to .NET Core Create database objects (tables, views, stored procedures) in MS SQL T-SQL Perform code reviews for other developers and continuously look for opportunities to improve and optimize code quality; Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve a wide range of technical problems; Effectively communicate and collaborate on design and technology with management and other engineering teams; Follow RingCentral internal coding style and principle to design and implement business systems based on requirements. Qualifications: Experience in building complex web-based user interfaces for enterprise-grade commercial cloud services; 4 years experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, jQuery, HTML, and CSS; 4 years of experience in .NET back-end platforms (.NET Framework and .NET Core); 4 years of experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs; 2 years experience with React.js ecosystem libraries like redux, saga, hook-forms; Familiarity with bundling process and how to configure webpack/rollup from scratch; Understanding how to use browser development tools and how to use them in JavaScript code; Willingness to take ownership of the tasks and to achieve targets with minimum supervision; Strong problem-solving skills, can-do attitude; Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB Nice to have: Experience with SaaS, distributed, highly available, event-driven systems; Experience with Kafka message queues, specifically in .NET applications Experience refactoring legacy Web Forms (Framework) applications to .NET Core Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent is required; What we offer: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter benefits Voluntary supplemental health coverage and life insurance 401K match and ESPP Paid time off and paid sick leave Paid parental and pregnancy leave Family-forming benefits (IVF, Preservation, Adoption etc.) Emergency backup care (Child/Adult/Pets) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with co ...
