About the team
The SME & Growth Commercial team is a high-performing and fast-paced engine that drives Airwallex’s growth, working with some of the fastest-growing businesses across Travel, Retail, eCommerce, SaaS, Professional services, Wholesale trading and more. Within this division, the GTM Partnerships team builds and scales indirect routes to market via channel partners and ecosystems, extending our reach beyond direct sales and turning partners into a strategic growth lever.
What you’ll do
As the GTM Partnership Lead, SME & Growth, Singapore, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our GTM Partnerships motion for the SME & Growth business in Singapore. You will lead a team of GTM Partnership Managers to drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue via partners such as corporate service providers, accountants, ecosystems, tech platforms and other intermediaries.
You will build a scalable indirect sales engine, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure partnerships become a predictable, high‑quality revenue channel for the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Own strategy formulation and execution of GTM Partnerships, including defining target partner segments, tiering, commercial models and activation plans to drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue
- Build, lead and develop a high‑performing GTM Partnership team by hiring, coaching, setting clear goals and operating rhythms, and performance‑managing the team to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Design and optimise the partner lifecycle across acquisition, onboarding, enablement, activation, and growth, ensuring scalable motions for both priority and long‑tail partners
- Lead key partner and ecosystem initiatives in Singapore such as partner appreciation events, co‑marketing programs and ecosystem collaborations, using them to deepen strategic relationships and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Inbound Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Onboarding, Operations and Product to deliver a seamless experience for partners and their referred clients
