ABOUT THE ROLE Members of Technical Staff at Anterior own problems end-to-end — from system design through to production. You'll work across the stack (with a backend lean), building the core platform that powers clinical decisioning at scale. A day's work may include: - Designing and building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power our AI platform - Working across the stack when needed — from infrastructure to frontend — to ship complete solutions - Writing evals to identify weaknesses and drive improvements in our LLM-powered systems - Analyzing request logs, debugging event streams, and improving system reliability - Building internal tooling to automate workflows and increase team leverage - Working directly with customers to understand real-world healthcare workflows, scope integrations, and translate requirements into product specs - Contributing to Anterior's SDKs, developer documentation, and platform architecture TECH - Langs: Python / Go / TS, React (and HTMX if you can help!) - Infra: Nix, AWS (currently on CDKTF — actively looking to migrate, bonus points if you've done this before) WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU This is an opportunity to join a company at its major inflection point, using cutting-edge technology to have a meaningful impact in healthcare.
