THE OPPORTUNITY - Understand and balance business objectives, client needs, insights and technical constraints to create meaningful and impactful designs. - Identify pain points, gaps, opportunities for improvements—then pro-actively drive change. - Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support and other stakeholders, taking designs from exploration and prototyping to production. - Harness data to drive and support strategy and design decisions. - Stay up to date with developments among competitors and in the wider DeFi, TradFi and design fields. SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL - 7+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work. - Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions. - Advanced skills in prototyping and validating concepts, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. - Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners. - Curious, open-minded, eager to learn from feedback and iterate on designs. - Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility. - Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders. - Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods, and a willingness to apply them ...
