THE OPPORTUNITY As a Staff Engineer on the Growth team, you’ll lead complex, cross-cutting technical initiatives that directly impact user acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll drive architectural direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the systems we build are reliable, scalable, and measurable in their impact.
