Our traders operate at the intersection of execution, pricing, and client coverage—delivering deep liquidity, competitive spreads, and settlement for complex orders. The desk provides a highly personalized experience, combining real-time market expertise with trusted client relationships to ensure seamless execution across volatile market conditions. As we continue to scale our OTC business, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Trader who thrives in a sales-trading environment—someone who enjoys being on the front line with clients, managing flow, pricing risk, and helping shape the next phase of the desk’s growth. THE OPPORTUNITY - Actively price, execute, and manage client flow across spot, options, and other derivatives, ensuring best-in-class execution and settlement. - Build and deepen relationships with institutional clients, HNWIs, and counterparties through high-touch service, market insight, and trusted execution. - Proactively identify opportunities to expand client activity, cross-sell products, and grow OTC volumes through relationship-led trading. - Confidently take and manage client flow, price risk appropriately, and maintain strong discipline across volatile markets. - Stay close to crypto and derivatives market dynamics—funding rates, liquidity shifts, macro events—and translate insights into actionable client conversations. - Partner with technology and operations teams to enhance pricing tools, execution workflows, monitoring, and post-trade processes. - Work closely with spot, futures, and OTC teams to align liquidity, optimize risk transfer, and maximize desk efficiency. - Contribute directly to shaping strategy, processes, and best practices as the OTC business continues to scale. SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL - 8–10+ years of trading experience, with at least 3+ years in spot and derivatives trading across financial services, FX, or crypto. - Proven ability to manage client relationships alongside real-time pricing and execution. - Deep under ...
