Job Description: This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. As part of that patient care, this position is accountable to: deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient's family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes. As a Physician Assistant, PA or a Nurse Practitioner, NP in our Holy Rosary Hospitalist group, you'll work collaboratively with hospital and medical group providers, to provide top notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with care and case management, the Emergency Medicine team, and excellent support staff! You would practice at our Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, Montana. You would be joining a well-respected, established group of providers. full time position, Nights focus 12 hour shifts. Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific). Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment. Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products.
