About th is role :
As a physician in Urogynecology with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
Physician will join newly forming Mile High Clinic. While initially anticipated to be the only urogynecologist on site, you will share call with other nearby Urogynecologists and be a part of Intermountain Health's large, supportive network of Women's Health specialists.
Mile High Clinic is a multispecialty facility currently under construction. This new state-of-the-art building will include primary care, OB/GYN, UroGynecology, MFM, Gyn/Onc, Urologists, and more on site.
Anticipated to see 18 – 20 patients per day in clinic
In-office procedures will include: Urodynamics, cystoscopies, urethral bulking, trigger point injections, Botox bladder therapy, Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation and Macroplasty .
Surgeries will be completed at nearby Saint Joseph Hospital. St Joe's provides access to state-of-the-art facilities equipped with all the diagnostic tools necessary to identify and treat urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and all other pelvic floor disorders.
Guaranteed base salary of $410,000, with an annual quality bonus of $10,000, and additional income potential for productivity.
$25,000.00 Signing Bonus.

What you’ll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
ACGME accredited r esidency training in OBGYN
Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
Active, unobstructed Colorado
medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Federal DEA Registration
BLS certification
Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
