Volunteer Description: Unpaid volunteer contributing time to Intermountain Healthcare in various roles. Volunteers at Intermountain Healthcare serve in a variety of meaningful capacities that support our patients, visitors, and staff. As an unpaid volunteer, you contribute valuable time and talent that truly make a difference in our organization. The volunteer program requires the following: A minimum six‑month consecutive commitment. 3–4 hours weekly. Consistent attendance. 18 years of age. Work alone and independently. Good communication and listening skills. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to work with diverse populations. Physical mobility (walking, bending, standing). Adequate hearing and vision. Sensitive to patient and family situations.
