About this role:
As a Physician in Pulmonary Critical Care medicine you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will be an integral member of a collaborative, multi ‑ disciplinary team caring for complex, critically ill patients in a 32 ‑ bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
In this role you can anticipate:
Practicing at St. George Regional Hospital located in St. George, Utah.
A mix of pulmonary clinic, pulmonary consults, and ICU shifts; 1,825 hours annually (1.0 FTE)
32-bed adult mixed medical/surgical ICU, caring for general surgery, trauma (Level II ASC Trauma Hospital Accreditation), cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and medical patients
How we'll support you:
Competitive Compensation: $491,750.00
Incentives: $30,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)

What you’ll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training in Internal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
